I'm Phoebe. I'm passionate about many things and one is spreading the wonderful tools and lessons of yoga to those who seek it.
I offer both Yoga classes and Reiki treatments, and the opportunity to link the two. My goal has always been to support people in living a more peaceful life, reconnecting with themselves, those around them and nature.

By using yoga, meditation and reiki, we can start to return to our natural state.
The yoga classes are created with the upmost love, challenging yet nurturing your body + mind, always with golden nuggets of yoga philosophy, a playlist you'll love and focussed breathwork. You will feel reborn after phlow yoga.
Reiki treatments can be hands on or remote. Reiki is a subtle yet transformational healing technique benefitting all aspects of your being and life.
Reiki can added in a 1-2-1 yoga practice or as a stand alone treatment.
