Join our sacred Sunday mornings where we will practice yoga on the beautiful grounds of Hollow Ponds, surrounded by trees, water and probably a few mystical crows.
You will receive the healing, comforting energy of reiki during your shavasana, whilst being held by mother earth, looking up to our father sky.
To finish, there will be an offering of cacao. Cacao is known to be the gateway to hear your inner spirit and wisdom, open up and connect you to your heart chakra.
